HOW CAN OUR FAMILY PARTICIPATE?

New Family Ministry Program

Salisbury Presbyterian Church wants to provide families of all shapes and sizes with unique opportunities for families to spend time together, learn about Christ, serve others, and live out their faith. A new ministry has been formed that will begin in January with the following goals:

to educate and encourage parents in the spiritual nuturing of their children
to meet the ever changing needs of families
to provide creative and fun opportunities to build community and relationships among families.

Bring your family, all are welcome including grandparents, aunts, uncles, stepparents, single parents, etc., to our first event "Love your Neighbor as Yourself" on Sunday, January 13 at 3 p.m. in the FE Hall. Families will discuss what it would be like to have member of their family working away in the military for a long period of time. We will hear from some special people who have lived this way. Also, we will make cards to send to service members in our church.
