APRIL 2001
The SPC Foundation Board of Directors unanimously approves that $3,700 be made available to the Haiti Bible School Mission Team. The request came from the Outreach Committee and was approved by the Session for consideration by the SPC Foundation Board. This is the first opportunity for the Board to distribute funds and represents a significant event in the life of our church.
The SPC Foundation has three endowed funds: Unrestricted, Youth, and Music. The distribution to the Haiti Bible School Mission Team uses all currently available funds from the Unrestricted and Youth endowments. It is the hope of the SPC Foundation Board of Directors that these three endowed funds will grow through memorial gifts and bequests directed to the Foundation.
